10. Assembly

Warning!
Only operate the fitting with the specified filters.
Failure to observe this instruction can result in an increased germ load in the
drinking water and thus pose a health or mortality risk.
Warning!
• Operate the product only with safety extra low voltage (SELV). The components
do not have to be earthed.
• Secure the electrical connection with a residual current circuit breaker (RCD).
Failure to observe this instruction can result in death or material damage due to
electric shock or fire, for example.

Important!
Prior to the assembly process, flush the pipework in accordance with DIN 1988.
10.1 Establish the water connection.

Take note of the flow direction.
10.2 Align the water quantity regulator so that the operating elements point forwards.
10.3 Open the water quantity regulator.

10.4 Flush the pipes according to DIN 1988.
10.5 Close the water quantity regulator.
10.6 Open the locking screw (c) of the water quantity regulator.

Important!
Note the installation position of the filter.
10.7 Inset the filter (d).
10.8 Insert the locking screw.
10.9 Remove the flush connector (e).

Take note of the flow direction.
10.10 Insert the solenoid valve (f) with the seals.
10.11 Install a switch box (not part of the delivery scope) at a height of approx. 1200 mm.
10.12 Install an empty conduit (not part of the delivery scope; Ø
the switch box.

To protect the tiles, use masking tape when marking and drilling.
10.13 Hold the cover plate with the piezoelectric button at a height (g) of approx. 1200 mm
against the wall.
10.14 Mark the drill holes.
