Display of hygiene flush on fitting
14.1 Hold your hand around 10 cm from the sensor for 3 seconds.
14.2 Between the 1st and 2nd flashing of the LED, remove your hand from the sensor.
• Hygiene flush active: The LED flashes quickly 4 times.
• Hygiene flush inactive: The LED flashes slowly twice.

14.3 Hold your hand around 10 cm from the sensor for 3 seconds.
14.4 Between the 6th and 8th flashing of the LED, remove your hand from the range of
the sensor.
• The LED does not flash.
14.5 After between 3 and 10 seconds, hold your hand around 10 cm from the sensor
again.
14.6 Once the LED has flashed three times, remove your hand from the range of the
sensor.
• The LED flashes quickly 4 times. The hygiene flush is active.
or
• The LED flashes slowly twice. The hygiene flush is deactivated.

15. Thermal disinfection

This fitting offers thermal disinfection to reduce the risk of a legionella infection.
Warning!
Personal protective measures (scald protection) must be implemented for the
duration of the thermal disinfection. This might include cordoning off the shower
facilities.
Failure to observe this instruction can result in injuries due to scalding.
The operator is responsible for the execution, monitoring, and logging
(room, tapping point, date, time, temperature and duration).
The manufacturer does not accept any liability for claims by third parties relating
to the improper execution of thermal disinfection on the part of the operator.
At the factory, the thermal disinfection function is set so that the fitting cools down for
1 minute after a 5 minute application time.
Thermal disinfection can only be triggered using the remote control.
You can adjust the thermal disinfection parameters using the remote control (not part
of the scope of delivery; see Accessories,
An application time of 3, 5, 10, 15, or 20 minutes can be chosen for the thermal
disinfection process. During the application time, water flows without interruption for
2 minutes; the water then flows in pulses until the end of the application time (water
and energy saving function). The cooling time can be set to 0, 1, 3, 5, or 10 minutes.
