f. Montage der Gasdüse
1. Schrauben Sie die Gasdüse wieder auf den
Pistolenkopf und drehen Sie die Gasdüse
fest.
g. Fixieren der Drahtführungsspirale
(SAZ-Anschluss)
1. Drücken Sie die Drahtführungsspirale in die
Schweißgarnitur bis zum Anschlag an die
Kontaktspitze und halten sie so.
2. Schrauben Sie jetzt die Rändelmutter am
Kompaktstecker fest. Die Rändelmutter
kann sowohl mit der Hand als auch mit
einem Schraubenschlüssel SW 12 festge-
schraubt werden.

f. Mounting the gas nozzle
1. Screw the gas nozzle back on to the torch
head and tighten the nozzle fi rmly (hand-
tight).
= Handfest
= hand tight
= manualmente
g. Fixing the liner (SAZ-Connection)
1. Press the liner all the way into the torch
set until it rests against the contact tip and
hold it there.
2. Now tighten the knurled nut fi rmly.
The knurled nut can be tightened using
either your hand or an SW 12 wrench.

guía del cable
f. Montaje de la tobera de gas
1. Atornille nuevamente la tobera de gas sobre
el cabezal de la pistola y cierre la tobera de
gas (manualmente).
g. Fijación de la espiral de guía del cable
(SAZ-Conexión)
1. Presione la espiral de guía del cable en el
juego de soldadura hasta que haga tope
con la punta de contacto y manténgala así.
2. Atornille ahora la tuerca estriada al conector
compacto. La tuerca estriada puede ajus-
tarse manualmente o también con una llave
de tuercas SW 12.
