Disassembly and Exchange
To ensure the IP69K protection after a modification, use the
torques specified in these instructions and also make sure that
all seals are correctly seated in their sealing slot. To check all
seals, pressurize the ventilation port "Vent" up to 0.3 bar and
then check for leakages by using soap water.
Risk of damage to the VS
Too high pressure when connecting compressed air to the
exhaust air connection may damage the unit.

Do not exceed 0.7 bar (for CL03) or 0.3 bar (for CL03-XL)
when connecting compressed air to the "Vent" port.

Disassembly
– Make sure that the system is not under voltage or
pressure.
– Make sure that the assembly work is complete before
voltage or compressed air is reconnected, and secure the
system against reconnection if it has to be left unattended.
To disassemble the valve system (e.g. when creating separate
pressure zones or replacing a subbase) follow the steps below:
1. Remove the end plate (6) and connection piece (9) by
undoing the hex head screws (7) and (10) using an 8 mm
wrench.
2. Undo the three tie rod nuts (4), then remove the tie rods (2)
with the remaining tie rod nuts (3).
3. Carefully remove the subbases (1) by pulling them straight
out to the sides, making sure that contacts remain straight.
4. To remove the multipole plug from the connection piece (9),
undo the four hex head screws using a 7 mm wrench and
