Problem
The compressor hums
very loudly.
No indicator lamp
lights up when you
plug the appliance into
the wall socket.
Ice cubes stick to-
gether
"ICEFULL" indicator
lights up

Cause
The voltage is too low.
The appliance is not
connected correctly.
A component is defec-
tive.
The water is too cold
The ambient tempera-
ture is too cool
Ice basket is full and
the infrared light is
blocked by the ice.
Infrared light-emitting
diode & light-receiving
diode do not work.
Solution
Switch off the appliance
and check whether it
is connected to a 220-
240 V~ electrical outlet.
Check to make sure that
the plug was inserted
correctly into the wall
socket.
Contact our customer
service department.
Fill the water tank with
lukewarm water.
Remove the ice from ice
basket.
Wipe up the foreign ob-
jects on the infrared
light-emitting diode &
light-receiving diode and
restart the ice maker.
Call Customer Service
if the infrared
emitting diode & light-
receiving diode still can
not work after wiping up
the foreign objects on
them and restarting the
ice maker.
