Guarantee period of 2 years from the sell date, vaild for Spain and EEC countries .
Guarantee covers all manufacturing defect and assume all seller's liabilities and customer's rights",
according to Article 4 of Law 23/2003 of July 10, in accordance with directive 1999/44/EC of European
Parliament.
CEA, S.A. undertakes to replace free of charge during the warranty period, all those parts whose
manufacture is defective, as long as we arereferred for consideration.
To activate the guarantee, the defective part must be sended to us with their "guarantee certificate",
properly filled ans stamped by the seller.
The guarantee doesn't extend to:
1. The substitution, repair parts, caused by machine normal use, like osmosis membrane, charbon
filters, sediement filters, resines, poliphosphates, etc ....
2. The damage caused by misuse of the device or with the transport.
3. Manipulation, reparation or modification made by a third party.
4. The failure or malfunction, due to poor installation from technical service.
5. Innapropiate use of equipment or working conditions aren't specified by manufacturer.
6. Using non original CEA SA spare parts.
IMPORTANT: CEA, SA can not be responsible of the malfunction of equipment or water quality if no
originales parts have been used.
