Installing the flyscreen
➤ Fit the guide cables into the bottom and top deflection screw (fig. 6 2 and 3.
page 5).
➤ Have two people carefully lift the pre-assembled flyscreen and position it in the
vehicle.
Adjusting the top guide rail
➤ Check whether the contour and position of the upper guide rail fit the vehicle
(see enlarged inset in fig. 8, page 6). You may need to adjust the upper guide
rail by cutting the two upper legs.

Securing the flyscreen in the vehicle

NOTICE!
• Choose suitable screws depending on the floor and roof
construction.
• Make sure that you do not drill through the floor and roof.
Securing the skirting board and upper guide rail
➤ Align the position of the cassette profile perpendicular to the skirting board and
the upper guide rail.
➤ Secure the skirting board to the bottom plate (fig. 7, page 6) with four counter-
sunk screws (Ø 4 mm).
➤ Secure the upper guide rail to the vehicle (fig. 8, page 6) with four countersunk
screws (Ø 4 mm).
Installing the cover on the B pillar (fig. 9, page 6)

NOTICE!
• Depending on the type of vehicle, the spacers behind the cover
must be adapted to the correct length.
• The contour of the cover may need to be adapted to the interior
fittings in the upper and lower area.
• It may also be necessary to adapt the interior fittings.
➤ Put the cover on the B pillar so that it is flush on all sides.
➤ Align the cover on the bottom of the skirting board and mark the drill holes.
➤ Pre-drill at the marked points if the wall construction requires this.
➤ Secure the cover on the B pillar with five countersunk screws (Ø 4 mm).
