TheStandingFramemayonlybeusediftheuserissecuredduringstandingbyoneofthefollowing

• Manual/electricstraprewinder;
• Supportbarwithpads/upperbodysupport/swivellingsupportpads.
Ifnoneofthesesafetydevicesisathand,anattendantmustalwaysbepresentwhenusingtheStand-
ingFrame.

padspriortothefirstuseoftheStandingFramemayonlybecarriedoutbyatherapist.Afterwards,

4.1 Important Information for Use
Theelectricstraprewindermustbedisconnectedfromthemainsforrelocation,prolongeddis-
useorstorageofthedevice.
4.2 Applying the User Belt (Fig. 11)
BeforeapproachingtheStandingFramewiththewheelchair,theuserbelthastobeapplied.
IfyouhaveaStandingFramewithcasters,firstapplythelocks.
Theuserbeltshouldbeappliedsothatitsloweredgeisclampedbetweentheuser'sbuttocks
andthewheelchairseat.Thenclosetheabdominalstrap.
