7.3 Exercises
Note
We recommend treating each area (lower body, mid-body and upper body)
three times a week for 15 minutes each time.
When carrying out a session, we recommend training all three areas. How-
ever, you may also choose to focus on one of the above areas.
After each massage treatment, wipe down the Fascia-ReleaZer
cloth or hand towel. Ensure that no traces of oil that could attack the sur-
face are left on the device.

ercise overview.
