1. Check whether the nominal width of the press fitting corresponds to the nominal width of the
press jaws.
Status/cause
The device is switched off.
On standby.
Automatic press cycle is on,
device ends the pressing
operation automatically.
Insufficient battery charge.
Battery charge display
Device not within the
temperature range.
Device fault.
Service interval reached.
Keep body parts and foreign objects away from the press jaws during the pressing
operation.
Do not hold the jaw levers with your hands during the pressing operation.
Do not operate the device without the press jaws.
Keep your fingers away from the at-risk zone.
Measure
Briefly press the start button (1) (see
section 7.5).
Charge or replace battery.
The device only works within a
temperature range from -10 to +50°C. If
the red LED is flashing, the device must
be moved into a warmer or colder area.
The device can be warmed to operating
temperature by means of dry runs.
Press the start button (1). If this is
unsuccessful, the press device is
defective.
Send the device to a specialist workshop.
NOTE!
The pressing operation may not have
been completed; please check and repeat
if required.
Take the press device to be serviced.
