Cooking level
ƒ The cooking function is switched on, the bottom heating ele-
ment heats.
ƒ Slide baking sheet/grate into the lower holder.
ƒ Pre-set temperature: 35°C
ƒ Temperature selection on the lower temperature regulator is
possible between 30 und 45°C.
ƒ Pre-set time: 30 minutes
ƒ Time selection is possible between 5 and 720 minutes.
Yoghurt function
ƒ For the yoghurt function only the bottom heating element is
switched on.
ƒ Slide baking sheet/grate into the middle holder.
ƒ Pre-set temperature: 42°C
ƒ Temperature selection on the lower temperature regulator is
possible between 42 und 45°C.
ƒ Pre-set time: 8 hours
ƒ Time selection is possible between 6 and 12 hours.
Custom program
ƒ Temperature and time will be saved until the next change,
with top heat and bottom heat.
ƒ Slide baking sheet/grate into the lower holder.
ƒ Pre-set temperature: 180°C
ƒ Temperature selection is possible on both regulators between
30 and 230°C. The difference between top heat and bottom
heat can be set to a maximum of 30°C, a larger differential
is not possible.
ƒ Pre-set time: 30 minutes
ƒ Time selection possible between 1 and 120 minutes.
ƒ Rotisserie and circulating air can be switched on in addition.
