INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Before beginning to use the product, make sure that there is no
apparent damage to its parts including cables and electrodes). In
case there is any damage to the device, please contact our aftersa-
les service or one of the authorised distributors.
Follow the instructions that are presented below in order to start up
the ET-250 stimulator:
1. Remove the product from its original packaging taking special
care not to damage any of its parts. Do not use excessive force to
remove the product from the box.
2. Remove the cover (9) located on the rear part of the device and
insert AAA 4 batteries (batteries not included). Make sure to insert
them with the correct pole.
3. Cover for the battery compartment again.
4. The device has two output channels, independent of applied
intensity, which can be used simultaneously or individually. Connect
one or two connection cables (depending on whether you wish to
use one channel or both) on the device.
5. Connect the electrodes to the cables of the device and stick
them onto the skin on the area of treatment. Try to always do it
on clean, dry skin, with not metallic elements such as jewellry,
piercings or belts.
6. Turn of the device by turning the wheels (7) and/or (8) clockwise.
Initially you should adjust the level of intensity to value 1.
7. Select one of the 5 programmes designed for the treatment on
specific areas of the body (abdomen, shoulders, joints, extremities
of the soles of the feet) or one of the 3 massage modes (conventio-
nal, tapping or shiatsu).
8. Gently turn of the device by turning the dials (7) and/or (8)
clockwise in order to increase the intensity. You should not exceed
the intensity of the treatment. You should adjust it in such a way so
that it does not become unpleasant.
9. You can at any time modify the frequency of the treatment (5).
10. The treatment finishes automatically after 15 minutes. You can
end it before if you wish by turning the dials (7) and/or (8) anticloc-
kwise until the indication "OFF" is shown.
11. Once the session has finished make sure the the device is tur-
ned off completely and remove the electrodes. If the device is not
going to be used for a long time, take the batteries out of the device
and keep them in a safe place.
PLACEMENT OF THE ELECTRODES
Place the electrodes in such a was that they follow the direction
of the muscle. In case of a specific application in one area, we
recommend consulting a Doctor to assess the optimum location for
the electrodes.
Bear in mind that the greater the distance of separation of the
electrodes, the greater the muscle area is to work. They will also as-
sume that the necessary intensity will be greater than for a smaller
muscle area.
