3. DESCRIPTIONS OF MACHINE

4. ASSEMBLY
FRONT HANDLE WITH GUARD
1) Position the handle (part. 1.) as illustrated
in figure 2.
2) Fix the handle using the 2 screws (Fig. 2).
The guard is mounted to ensure a safe
distance between the hand of the user
and the blade.
3) Do not start or use the machine
ifit not fully assembled.
5. REFUELLING
1) CAUTION! The machine is
equipped with a two-stroke engine.
The engine must be supplied with a mixture
of petrol and oil for two-stroke engines in the
following ratios.
With synthetic oil for two-stroke engines
1:40 (2,5%)

2) Mix by stirring the container thoroughly
before refilling the tank.
3) Prepare fuel mixture and only refuel out-
doors (fig. 10).
4) Store the fuel in a container set aside for
this purpose and with tightly sealed cap.

6. STARTING AND STOPPING

CAUTION! Strictly heed the war-
nings outlined in the chapter 2
above titled ESSENTIAL SAFETY
PRECAUTIONS.
COLD ENGINE STARTUP
1) Place the hedgecutter on a stable surface.
2) Press the stop button (fig. 11 part. 3) to
the "ON" position.
3) Lift the choke lever located above the air
filter cover (fig.12 part. 9) and place it in posi-
tion
.
4) Repeatedly press the primer bulb (fig. 12
part. 8) down until the fuel returns to the tank
through the second transparent hose.
5) Grip the rear control with the right hand
using the palm of the hand to press the
throttle lock (fig.11 part. 4), which allows free
movement of the throttle control lever (fig.11
part. 5).
