How to use the spray hood
1. Once the lifejacket has fully inflated you will be able to access the folded spray hood from
behind your head.
2.
Grasp the spray hood from behind your neck and pull it over your head like a hood.
3. Pull the elastic loops at the base of the spray hood over the corners of the inflated
lifejacket.
Repacking the spray hood after use
1. Before repacking the spray hood you should first wash off the spray hood with clean fresh
water, then allow to fully air dry (this also applies to the lifejacket). When the lifejacket
and the spray hood are fully air dry you can roll the spray hood up into one long tube shape.
2. Follow the folding process step by step for the lifejacket buoyancy chamber before placing
the spray hood centrally around the neck area of the lifejacket.

The rolled up spray hood must be placed on top of the yellow buoyancy chamber with the
lifejacket facing upwards. Take care during the packing process to make sure that the spray
hood will not become tangled when the lifejacket inflates.
