e. Long boiler downtime and emergency stop.
In case of long downtime:
• press the main switch, disconnect the boiler pump,
the circulating pump and the burner
• disconnect the power supply
• open the door slightly to air out the exchanger
CAUTION!
FREEZE PROTECTION FUNCTION IS NOT WORKING
WITH DISCONNECTED POWER SUPPLY.
• close all valves
• drain the boiler and the heating system via drain valve; open all cut-off,
control and vent valves to avoid freezing
• bottom door must be open to avoid condensation
CAUTION!
RAPID BOILER COOLING MAY INCREASE THE EXTENT OF DAMAGE.
Emergency stop may be caused by:
• no safety valve operation at exceeded allowable pressure,
• pressure section leakage,
• pressure section deformation,
• boiler room or auxiliary equipment explosion or fire,
• drain valve leakage,
• safety or control device failure,
• pressure gauge failure,
• circulating pump failure,
• flue gas explosion,
• pressure section fitting or welded joint leakage,
• auxiliary equipment failure,
• other faults that cannot be removed during boiler operation due
to safety or technical reasons.
Emergency procedure:
• stop the boiler immediately (use the main power switch outside the
boiler room, if required)
• use suitable fire-fighting measures (extinguishers) in case of a fire

Procedura zmiany paliwa pellet - drewno:
1. Na panelu sterownika ustawić tryb OFF – poczekać aż kocioł ostygnie
2. Wybrać rodzaj paliwa – „ruszt - drewno"
3. Ułożyć dodatkowe ruszta w kotle
4. Włożyć kawałki papieru na ruszta
5. Na rusztach ułożyć kawałki suchego drewna( wymiar C oznacza
maksymalny poziom paliwa)
6. Podpalić zapałkami kawałki papieru
7. Zamknąć drzwiczki kotła
8. Panel kotła ustawic w tryb ON
9. Ustawić zadaną temperaturę kotła 70°C
