Other errors
Unprinted vertical zones (vertical white lines)
Continuous, vertical white lines running through the
print are a sign that your print head is dirty or defec-
tive.

If the problem is not fixed by cleaning the print head,
then the head must be replaced.
The PC displays the message "Printer Timeout"
1 Check if the printer cable is properly connected to
the PC and the printer.
2 Check if the printer is turned on.
If this does not fix the problem, ask your dealer or
technical support representative for further help.
Data is being set to the printer, but no printing is
taking place.
1 Check whether you have selected the proper
windows printer driver.
2 Reset the printer.
If this does not fix the problem, ask your dealer or
technical support representative for further help.

Problems with the printing quality
1 Check the heat power settings.
2 Set the printing speed.
3 Clean the print head and the label feed roller.
4 Make sure that the proper labels and ribbon are
being used in the printer.
5 Be sure to use only high-quality labels.
Reset the printer.
Press CANCEL after taking the above measures in
order to reset the printer. The printer is again ready
for use.
