OPERATION MANUAL AND INSTRUCTIONS
ISTRUZIONI PER L'USO
The instrument panel has been designed to make all the functions, gauges, keys and valves (coloured and provided with
symbols) easy to understand at a glance.
1 – High-pressure gauge: used to check and diagnose A/C system (figure 3).
2 – Low-pressure gauge: used to check and diagnose A/C system and check vacuum (figure 3).
3 – High-pressure valve: used to connect charging station to A/C system (figure 4).
4 – Low-pressure valve: used to connect charging station to A/C system (figure 4).
5 – High-pressure fitting: used to connect connecting pipe to A/C system (figure 4).
6 – Low-pressure fitting: used to connect connecting pipe to A/C system (figure 4).
7 – Backlit graphic display: shows station functions (figure 3).
8 - key: used to scroll up station functions and set time and gas and oil quantities (figure 3).
9 - key:
used to scroll down station functions and set time and gas and oil quantities (figure 3).
10- key:
used to confirm set functions (figure 3).
11 - key:
used to interrupt any operation (figure 3).
12 - Serial port:
used to update database on an annual basis (figure 4).
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK CYCLES
When the display is turned on, the database is automatically enabled, thereby allowing a preset programme to be run, based
on: BRAND-MODEL-MANUFACTURING YEAR-SYSTEM TYPE-OIL TYPE AND QUANTITY IN COMPRESSOR – GAS
QUANTITY in system.
Manual cycle
- STEP 1: Recovering refrigerant gas from A/C system, checking A/C system for refrigerant gas pockets and automatically
draining old oil.
- STEP 2: Vacuum phase and testing the A/C system for tightness (vacuum time and tightness testing time are set by operator).
- STEP 3: Feeding set amount of fresh oil into A/C system (timed system).
