6) Connect the gas
Connect the machine to the gas cylinder with a special Ø10 mm pipe, engaging it on to the quick coupling
on the rear side. Press the green ring nut of the coupling and insert the pipe.
Adjust the pressure of the reducer, supplied together with the cylinder, to 0.5 - 1 bar.
aTTENTION!
• Please contact the companies that supply food gases for the gas mixture that best suits your
requirements. They will also supply the pressure reducer. Strictly comply with the gas manu-
facturer's instructions for proper use of the gas cylinders and gas pressure reducers!
• Use a suitable connection pipe for the attachment on the cylinder and that on the machine. In most
cases, the pipes used have an external diameter of 10 mm.
• Tighten the pipe properly on the pressure regulator attachment side with pipe clamps.
• Use only nitrogen (N
inert food gas mixtures.
• Never use oxygen (O
