9.2 One Time Record

1. While watching a digital television channel, press the 'Record' button on the
remote two times.
2. An 'OTR' screen appears showing an amount of minutes. Choose 'OTR: 30 Min'
if you want the current channel to be recorded for 30 minutes. Choose 'OTR: 120
Min' if you want the current channel to be recorded for two hours.

9.3 Record Schedule

You can also set a record schedule for the EM7195. This way, you can setup the
EM7195 for making recordings of a specific channel on a specific time. Ideal if you
want to record your favorite programs while you are not at home.
1. Press the 'Home' button.
2. Select 'TV'.
3. Go to 'Record Schedule' and press the 'OK' button.
4. Press the 'Add a new schedule' button.
5. At 'Source' you can select the channel you want to record. Press the 'OK' button,
select the channel and press the 'OK' button again.
6. Go to 'Start Time'. Select the correct year and date settings on which the
recording needs to start. Press the 'OK' button.
7. Go to 'Length' and press the 'OK' button. Select the duration of the recording.
Press the 'OK' button.
8. Choose 'Repeat' and press the 'OK' button if you want to make a recording of the
same channel again at the same time. But, you can select the day(s) the
recordings need to be made. You can choose between 'every day', 'Monday till
Friday', 'Monday till Saturday', or every weekend. Press the 'OK' button.
9. Go to 'Confirm' and press the 'OK' button.
10. Select the 'Home' button to return to the main menu.

9.4 Playback of a recording

Once a recording has been made, this recording can be viewed. Use the following
steps to playback a recording.
1. Go to 'TV'.
2. Go to 'Record Playback' and press the 'OK' button.
3. Select the recording you want to watch and press the 'Play' button.
4. Press 'Stop' to stop the playback of the recording.

9.5 Timeshifting

The EM7195 allows you to use 'Timeshifting'. Using this function, you can pause a live
television broadcast and resume it later on. This is ideal since television programs and
movies usually get interrupted by commercial breaks for about 15 minutes or more.
The EM7195 has a 'Permanent TimeShift' function which you need to enable.
