FAILURE
The machine is running BUT STOPS after a short time.
The machine is running BUT ICE and/or WATER is coming
out.

A - Check the LIQUID INDICATOR near the compressor. NO GAS bubbles must be visible.
B - Check the machine's air intakes are NOT clogged.
C - Check the room temperature is below 42°C (110°F) or above 5°C (40°F).
D - Check the water temperature is below 38°C (100°F) or above 5°C (40°F).

*F - Check the electric water valve is working correctly. Possible blockages due to excess lime scale.
*G - Check the GAS valve. Solenoid possibly broken or incorrectly connected (voltage 24Vac or 230Vac).
*H - Check the system's MINIMUM pressure. A pressure switch detects the minimum pressure. (see cause I).
*I - Check for GAS missing. Retrace the leak, empty the system and reload the GAS.
*L - Incorrect GAS load. Empty the system and reload.
*M - Check for any MECHANICAL defects on the ice-breaker blade. Deformations or excessive play on bearings.
*N - Check the ice outlet. A sensor detects any ice build-up on the ice-breaker blade.
NOTE: In versions with electronic system with LCD display, many messages indicating the cause of the fault are displayed.
The LCD display may be positioned either INSIDE the electric panel or on the REMOTE control panel.
If none of the checks failed, contact a Service Centre or the manufacturer.
A - Check the water pressure. HIGH pressure CAN cause irreparable damage. The pressure must be BELOW 8Bar.
*B - Check the state of pipes and water containment inside the machine. Possible breakages due to clogging.
*F - Check the pipes are correctly positioned and tightened.
*I - Check the electric water valve is working correctly. Possible blockages due to excess lime scale.
NOTE: In versions with electronic system with LCD display, many messages indicating the cause of the fault are displayed.
The LCD display may be positioned either INSIDE the electric panel or on the REMOTE control panel.
If none of the checks failed, contact a Service Centre or the manufacturer.
