Use to change the HDMI audio/video output/input to
match the connected component.

SUPPORT AUDIO (Support audio)
Use to select whether to play back HDMI audio signals on
this unit or on another HDMI component connected to the
HDMI OUT jack of this unit.

Notes
• This setting is effective when HDMI CONTROL is set to OFF
(see page 63).
• The HDMI video signals input at one of the HDMI IN jacks of
this unit are always output at the HDMI OUT jack of this unit.
• When HDMI CONTROL is set to ON, this setting is ineffective.
This unit follows the setting of the HDMI control-compatible
TV.

OTHER
AUDIO SELECT (Audio select)
Use this feature if your player/tuner connected to one of
the HDMI jacks on this unit outputs multi-channel audio
source in 2-channel. Connect the optical and/or coaxial
digital output jack(s) on your player to the corresponding
digital input jack(s) on this unit in addition to the HDMI
connection, and then set "AUDIO SELECT" to "OFF".
The multi-channel signal goes through the digital jack and
is output from this unit in multi-channel.

Notes
• The video signal input at one of the HDMI jacks is output at the
HDMI OUT jack, regardless of the AUDIO SELECT setting.
• The AUDIO SELECT setting is applied only to the sound
output from this unit. It is invalid when the sound is output from
the device connected to the HDMI OUT jacks.

Use to display the video information of the current input
signal.
Choices: HDMI RES., HDMI ERROR

• Select HDMI RES. to display the resolution of the
HDMI input/output signals.
• Select HDMI ERROR to display the error message for
HDMI sources or devices connected
