The next stage comprises cleanliness and positioning of the several
parts before the assembly is started:
-Carefully wash the cylinder and platform links and apply to them a
molten tallow coat with a brush.
-Place in the platform perimeter, the sealing grommet.
Finally, the assembly is started and proceeded in the following secuen-
ce:
-Insert the rotating plate and turn it manually to check that the plate is
perfectly seated in its housing.
-Place the cylinder and firmly tighten the four screws after the door is
duly steered.
-Remove the head from the used cylinder and after cleaning it tho-
roughly, place it over the cylinder.
DOOR LEVER AND SEAL
A point-tapered stainless steel screw locks the lever within its housing,
whereby if resilience is lost, it is only required:
-To backoff the screw and remove the lever.
-To rotate 180º degrees (so that the curving raised by the stress is tur-
ned out concave) and place it again in its housing while the screw is
tightened. Automatically gathers a new resilience and thereby all its
strength is recovered.
Rubber is stuck to the door with a highly tough adhesive, but the water
damages the adhesive and removes it with time. Replacement can be
made easily as follows:

length with a pair of scissors.
-Close the door and keep it so for at least one hour.
CLEANING
For everyday cleaning of the peeler, we should recommend you to
operate it on no load for a few minutes, with the water supply cock
open. This will clean the inside of the drum and flush the drain pipe.
The outside of the machine MUST NOT BE washed under a direct
water jet; instead you can use a wet cloth and any ordinary detergent.
- The emission noise level measured on a typical machine is inferior to
70 dB (A) at a distance of 1 m.
