The buffet server will get very hot during operation!
− Let the buffet server cool down completely, for at least 90
minutes, before each cleaning!
− Always ensure that the buffet server is unplugged before
cleaning and storage.
NOTICE!
Risk of short circuit!
Water that has penetrated the warming tray may cause a short
circuit.
− Make sure that no water seeps into the warming tray.
− Never immerse the warming tray in water.
NOTICE!
Risk due to improper operation!
Improper handling of the buffet server may result in damage.
− Do not use any aggressive cleaners, brushes with metal or
nylon bristles, sharp or metallic cleaning utensils such as
knives, hard scrapers and the like. They could damage the
surfaces.
− Remove any food that has fallen onto the warming tray
before it dries.
− Do not put the warming tray in the dishwasher, as this will
destroy it.
