When the sound intensity level experienced by the operator exceeds 85dB(A) hearing
protection is necessary.
The measured values may differ from those specified in the instructions for use. This may arise from the
following causes, which must be considered before and throughout use of the device:

If the device is used correctly and in good working order

If the materials are processed correctly

If the handles are securely attached to the body of the machine
If the user experiences an unpleasant sensation or notices skin discoloration while using the machine, stop
the work in progress immediately. Take regular breaks. If break times are not respected, hand-arm vibrat ion
syndrome may appear. If the machine is used regularly, equip yourself with anti -vibration accessories.
Avoid using the machine at a temperature lower than or equal to 10°C. Organize your work surface so that
the vibration load is limited.

Recommendations
It is strongly recommended to install a moisture filter/separator, pressure regulator and oiler between
the impact wrench and the air compressor.
Set the air pressure to 6.3 bars (prolonging the life of the impact wrench and user safety). If you set the
air flow to a higher value, the tool will be overloaded.
Install a water separator (filter) before the lubrication system.
Make sure there is oil (SAE#10) to lubricate the air inlet before using the impact wrench.
