Dangerous entrapment phenomena
Choking, cuts and/or lacerations can occur if loose clothing, jewelry, collar, hair or gloves are not kept
a safe distance from the machine and its accessories.
Gloves can be caught in the rotary drive and seriously injure or break fingers.
The rotating clamping sleeves and extensions of the rotating drive device can easily catch rubber or
metal-reinforced gloves.
Do not wear gloves that are too loose, mittens or gloves with tapered edges.

Dangerous phenomena due to operation
Use of the machine may expose the operator's hands to hazards such as crushing, impacts, cuts,
abrasions and heat. Wear suitable gloves to protect your hands.
Operators and maintenance personnel must be physically capable of handling bulk materials, carrying
the machine and feeding it.
Hold the machine correctly; be ready to react to normal or unexpected movements and have both
hands available.
Maintain a stable posture and secure foot support.
In cases where means to absorb reaction torque are required, it is recommended to use a suspension
arm whenever possible. If this is not possible, side handles are recommended for straight and revolving
handle machines. Anyway, it is recommended to use means to absorb the reaction torque above 4 Nm
for straight machines, above 10 Nm for revolver handle machines and above . above 60 Nm for angle
tighteners .
Release the on/off device in the event of an interruption in the power supply.
Use only lubricants recommended by the manufacturer.
Fingers can be crushed in spindle clamps with an open clamping nut.
Do not use in confined spaces and ensure that hands are not crushed between the tool and the part,

maintaining good foot support and avoiding unusual or unstable postures. It is appropriate for the
operator to change posture during a lengthy task, which can help to avoid discomfort and fatigue.
If the operator experiences symptoms such as recurring or persistent discomfort, pain, throbbing,
soreness, tingling, numbness, burning sensation or ankylosis, these signs should not be ignored.

Disconnect the portable assembly machine from the power source before changing the tool or
accessory.

the portable assembly machine; do not use other types or sizes of acc essories or consumables.
Use only sockets suitable for the impact wrench in good condition, as poor conditions or extensions
and accessories used with impact wrenches can break and become projectiles.
