When a new motorcycle leaves from the factory, it is
already filled with coolant. Check the coolant level in
the expansion tank during maintenance.
When the coolant becomes turbid or the mainte-
nance interval is approaching to expire, please
replace the coolant in time.
The coolant filler of the radiator
tank 1 is located at the front of
the right side of the motorcycle.
Open the coolant filler cap and
add the appropriate amount of
coolant to the tank.
After the coolant is added, rein-
stall the radiator filler cap and
sealing cover. Check the cool-
ant level of the coolant reservoir
frequently during routine riding.
Inspect the coolant in the cool-
ant reservoir only after the
engine has been shut down and cooled down. When
checking, keep the motorcycle body upright. The
coolant in the coolant reservoir should be between the
UPPER and LOWER marks. If the coolant level is
below the LOWER mark, remove the coolant reser-
voir cap plug 2 (located on the left front of the motor-
cycle) and add the coolant, or go to the nearest
QJMOTOR Service Center to add the coolant.
Warning
Add the coolant only after the engine has been
shut down and cooled down. To avoid burning, do
not open the coolant filler cap until the engine has
been cooled down. The cooling system is under
pressure. In some cases, coolant contains flamma-
ble substances that produce an invisible flame (if
ignited). Combustion of leaking coolant can result
in serious burning. Therefore, leaking coolant on
hot motorcycle parts should be avoided.
Coolant is highly toxic. Avoid touching and inhaling
it, and keep it away from children and domestic
animals. If you inhale the coolant, seek medical
care immediately. If your skin or eyes accidentally
come in contact with coolant, rinse them with water
immediately.
Catalytic converter
The muffler of this motorcycle model is equipped
with a catalytic converter to meet the needs of envi-
ronmental emission.
