6. Maintenance and troubleshooting
Please turn off the power and unplug the power cable, if there is any smoke,

upleasant smell, or noise. Please contact your local retailer or customer service
center for help.
Avoid oil stain and or chemicals tarnishing and damaging the lens surface.

All the examination and repair work should be done by qualified service engineers.

We are not liable for any problems caused by unauthorized modifications or
attempted repair.
6.1. Firmware Upgrade
If you want to have the latest features or
the app request to update the camera
firmware go to the camera dashboard -->
settings icon --> Device Firmware Version.
If there is a new firmware available the
camera will let you update to the latest
firmware version. Tap "Update" to start the
firmware upgrade.
This process will take a couple of minutes,
after the firmware upgrade is finished the
camera will reboot.
6.2. Factory Reset
Plug in the camera and wait until the red Indicator light turns off and the

6.3. Troubleshooting
- If the registration failed check the Wi-Fi password and try again.
- If the camera registration is still not working, perform a factory reset. For more
information refer to chapter 6.2. Factory Reset
- In very rare cases while you're scanning the QR code, the app may show you a
message that the MAC of the camera is already registered on the database. In this case,
contact our Support Team, refer to chapter 8. Technical Support for more information.
