7.2. MAINTENANCE
Exterior machine maintenance: Consists of just daily cleaning.
Also the machine requires to periodically lubricate the paddle shaft (Fig. 17). Always use grease for food
contact.
Interior of the machine: After every 50.000 cycles, the inner machine guides and springs must be
lubricated, replace the springs and a full cleaning carried out.

No power supply.
Fuse burnt out (Fig. 13).
Power cable not properly connected.
Switch power on (Fig. 9).
Damp in circuit board. Supply dry heat to the board.
Front cover not fitted correctly (Fig. 12).
Juice tray not fitted correctly (Fig.18).
Upper protective device badly fitted (Fig. 19).

Check if the orange is frozen.
Check for piled-up orange peels inside the juice tray.
Check if ball are correctly tightened.
Check to see if peels are stuck to the inside of the cup.
Check if components of different squeezing sets are mixed.
The skin of the orange may be too thick. Remove the washer from underneath
the ball.
To unblock the machine, use the 3 mm Allen key located at the right of the
lower vent. Insert it into the hole on the right side and, with the machine
switched off, turn clockwise until the cups are raised, removing the obstruction.
WARNING: Make sure the Allen key is removed before switching the machine
on.
The Peel Extracting Bands are loose or broken and peel is piling up in the
Juicer tray.
The nut of the cup is not tight enough.
The ball in the squeezer tray is loose.
The ball washer (which are placed underneath the ball) are missing.
Orange peel is too thin. Place one extra washer under ball.
Orange may be too small for the cup and ball set being used. Fit the medium
set, or the cup with the elastic accessory.
Check the size of the oranges in the calibrator.
