LS5.0R CONSOLE OPERATION
Note: there is a thin protective sheet of clear plastic on the overlay of the console that should be removed before use.
A) LED DISPLAy wINDOwS: display time, speed, distance, calories, watts and heart rate during workout.
b) START: press to begin exercising, start your workout, or resume exercising after pause.
C) STOP: press to pause/end your workout. Hold for 3 seconds to reset the console.
D) + / – : used to adjust resistance level.
E) PROGRAmmING bUTTON: used to select stage, level, time and other options.
f) CHANGE DISPLAy: press to change display feedback during workout.
G) STORAGE POCkET: holds personal workout equipment.
H) READING RACk: holds reading material.
