Troubleshooting
Electronic knob does not respond
Cause
Software problem.
The cable connector of the tap is
not correctly connected.
The wall plug socket has no power
supply.
The cable or connector of the tap is
damaged or defective.
Water leaks
Cause
Connection leaking
Hose(s) leaking
Boiler leaking
Tap leaking
Tap supplies no water
Cause
Hose(s) kinked.
The main water valve is closed.
The stop valve in the kitchen
cabinet is closed.
Tap supplies no boiling water
Cause
Hose(s) kinked.
PRV is closed.
Filter not or not correctly installed.
Electronic knob not connected
with socket.
Remedy
Disconnect the power supply for at least 10 seconds.
Plug the cable connector securely.
Check the electricity supply.
The electricity group has failed due to an excessive load. The
boiler cannot be connected to the same electricity group as a
dishwasher.
Contact Franke.
Remedy
Inspect the coupling(s) and re tighten, if necessary.
Inspect the hose(s) and replace the leaking hose(s).
Remove the plug of the boiler from the wall plug socket.
Shut off the water supply. Contact Franke.
Shut off the water supply. Contact Franke.
Remedy
Inspect the hose(s) and straighten the kinked hose(s).
Open the main water valve.
Open the stop valve.
Remedy
Inspect the hose(s) and straighten the kinked hose(s).
Open by turning the knob.
Ensure filter is locked in. Turn out and turn back again.
Ensure electrical connections are connected.
