Regolazione dell'utensile
Questo utensile è innovativo e non necessita di regolazione della corsa del pistone. La
regolazione avviene agendo sul regolatore di pressione 3, il quale diminuisce o aumenta la
pressione in funzione dell'inserto da utilizzare e del serraggio richiesto. La regolazione
dell'utensile è necessaria per assicurare la deformazione ottimale dell'inserto. L'utensile viene
fornito di regolazione standard del tempo di svitamento e con regolazione di deformazione per
inserto filettato M8TPC. Per facilitare l'utilizzo, attenersi indicativamente alla tabella sotto
riportata:

É importante fare una buona regolazione, essendo gli inserti di vari tipi e materiali (es. Inox,
alluminio, esagonali, etc..)e quindi la forza di trazione va regolata di volta in volta aumentando
o diminuendo la pressione. Per qualunque problema o non chiara indicazione interpellare il
rappresentante o direttamente il nostro ufficio tecnico commerciale.

Regulation of the tool
This tool is innovative and it does not need to regulate the stroke of the piston. The regulation
happens acting on the regulator of pressure 3, which it decrease or increases the pressure in
function of the threaded insert to use and of the demanded clamping. The regulation of the tool
is necessary in order to assure the optimal deformation of the threaded insert.
The tool is supplied with standard regulation for threaded inserts M8 TPC. In order to facilitate
the use, please refer to the table below:

It is important to make a good regulation, being the inserts of several types and materials
(stainless steel, aluminium, steel) so the traction force must be regulated every time increasing
or decreasing the pressure. For any problem or indication, please contact our agents or
