The one-touch memory names are stores in the phonebook as M1:, M2:,
M3:, and M4:. When you edit the name you can only add something like
'M1: Home' but you can't delete the default name.

12 Base operation
12.1 Flash time setting
You can set the flash time to short (100ms) or long (300ms). The time is set to 100ms by
default! However, if your system requires a longer flash time, you can change it:
•
Press the left 'Menu' key.
•
Press the up or down key
•
Press 'Select' to confirm.
•
Press the up or down key
•
Press 'Select' to confirm.
•
Select
– 'Flash-1': (short) to have a flash of 100ms
– 'Flash-2': (long) to have a flash of 300ms
•
Press 'Save'

12.2 Changing the PIN code (system PIN code)
Certain functions are only available if you know the PIN code of the base.
The PIN code has 4 digits. The default PIN code setting is '0000'. If you would like to change
the PIN code and set your own secret code, do the following:

Press the left 'Menu' key.
•
Press the up or down key
•
Press 'Select' to confirm.
•
Press the up or down key
•
Press 'Select' to confirm.
•
Enter the current pin and press 'Next'.
•
Enter the new pin and press 'Next'.
•
Enter the new pin again and press 'Save'
