POSSIBLE CAUSE
The coffee machine is not
plugged in.
Water tank is out of water.
The cup you have placed
under the spout is cold.
There is limescale build-up
in the coffee machine.
The coffee machine has
not heated up.
The water tank leaks.
The drip tray is full.
The adapter is not fitted
correctly.
The cover is not closed.
The milk system is dirty.
Remains of coffee inside
the pod.
POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Check the mains, plug, voltage, and
fuse. If you detect any problem,
contact the official Cecotec Technical
Support Service.
Fill up the water tank.
Heat the cup to be placed under the
spout.
Descale the appliance.
Prepare a cup of water to heat the
circuit.
Check if the water tank valve is
clogged.
Empty the drip tray.
Fit the adapter correctly.
Close the cover.
Perform a deep cleaning of the milk
system.
Perform a quick cleaning after using
the milk system.
Descale the appliance.
Open the cover and remove the pod
as soon as possible.
