TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE:

Possible operational problems
The electric blanket comes with a safety system to prevent it from
overheating with an automatic disconnection function.
PROBLEM
After it is turned
on, the control
screen is correctly
configured with the
temperature level
1, but the electric
blanket does not
heat up or only
heats up a little.
The control screen
does not turn on
when the On/Off
side sliding switch
is activated.
After it is turned
on, the control
screen is not
correctly configu-
red: the level 1
temperature LED
does not turn on
and the electric
blanket does not
heat up.
The electric blanket reaches temperatures of between 65º and 70º
C when set at its maximum position. This information is meant as a
guide only. The measurements are made under laboratory condi-
tions, according to the procedures described in Standard UNE-EN
60335-2-17.

RECOMMENDATION
If the electric blanket does not heat up,
cover it with a bedspreads, quilt or duvet,
set the regulator to the maximum position
and wait for 30 minutes. If it still has
not heated up after this time, contact our
authorised technical support service cen-
tre. Checks on the electric blanket cannot
be reliably carried out in open spaces or
outdoors as this may lead to flawed heat
readings.
Ensure that there is voltage in the mains
being used and that the electric blanket
is correctly plugged into the same. Check
that the On/Off side switch is set to the "I"
position. If the problem continues, contact
an authorised technical support service
centre.
The control may have detected a problem
when starting up and may have locked the
operation of the electric blanket for safety
reasons.
Turn the control off and on again. If the
problem continues, contact an authorised
technical support service centre.
