TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE:
Possible operational problems
PROBLEM
The regulator control does not
light up when the switch is
turned on.
After a certain operation time,
the product temperature seems
to reduce.
I cannot inflate the pad or it is
very difficult to do so.
The product has an air leak.
PRODUCT DISPOSAL AND CONSERVATION
PRODUCT CONSERVATION
Deflate the product prior to storage.
Unplug the product when you do not intend to use it for an exten-
ded period of time to prolong its shelf-life. Store it in its original
packaging in a dry place, trying to fold it as little as possible and
preventing the formation of creases.
Do not cover the product with other heated elements during its ope-
ration. Let it cool down prior to storage. Do not place any objects on
top of the product during storage in order to prevent the formation
of creases.
PRODUCT CLEANING
If you are machine-washing the product, ensure that the inflation
valve is fully closed to prevent water entering its interior.
Unplug and remove the regulator prior to cleaning the product.
The entire product, except for the control, can be washed by hand
or in the machine, using liquid soap at a temperature not exceeding
30 °C and selecting a program for washing delicate garments.

RECOMMENDATION
Ensure that the regulator is
properly connected to the pro-
duct and that there is voltage
in the socket of the mains used
and that the product is properly
plugged in.
The product has an auto-stop
system that activates after 90
minutes of continuous opera-
tion. After this time, the light
on the regulator starts to flash.
If you want to continue to use
it, change the temperature
level to level 0, wait a few
seconds, and then select the
desired temperature.
Ensure that you pinch the base
of the inflation valve with your
fingers to allow air to enter. If
you notice that the air is ente-
ring the pad, but is coming out,
there may be a leak. Contact
