Pipe connection:
3.
3.1 Electric water heaters must be installed on pipes and fittings of appropriate size and must be clean.
3.2 The water inlet pipe specification for this product is G1/2", and the threaded hole must be sealed with
a waterproof tape or sealing ring.
3.3 In order to facilitate the installation and dismantling of the water heater, it is recommended to install
G1/2 fittings at the appropriate points on the inlet and outlet pipes of the water heater. G1/2 at the
appropriate points of the inlet and outlet pipes of the water heater. Determine the location of the water
supply, connect the water supply pipe and the tap water pipe respectively to the water source, fill the
inner water tank and check if there are any leaks in the water pipe. If there is a water leak, the water
heater must be reconnected.
3.4 Install the safety valve with a nominal pressure of 0.7MPa (its interface is G1/2) on the water supply
pipe in the direction of the arrow on the safety valve (the arrow points towards the water heater).
When the water heater is powered and heated, the water in the tank is heated and expands. In order
to reduce the water pressure in the tank, a small amount of water droplets flows through the
decompression port of the safety valve. The decompression port must remain open to the atmosphere
and must not be obstructed.
3.5 Method of installing the safety valve drain hose: screw one end of the drain hose to the safety valve; at
the pressure relief hole, the drain hose can be shortened or lengthened depending on the actual
situation, and the other end of the drain hose is connected to the drain to prevent dripping water from
splashing into the room when the pressure is released.
4. Electrical connections
4.1 Electrical connections and wiring must be carried out by an experienced and qualified electrician.
4.2 The power wiring must comply with local regulations.
4.3 The electric storage water heater requires a power supply of 220-240V in single phase 9.1A (2000W).
4.4 Connect the power supply to the connector that provides the power supply to the electric storage
water heater. Make sure that the earthing terminal is firmly connected to the earthing connection.
4.5 The earth wire must be green and must be connected to the terminal bearing the earth
wire symbol.
4.6 All cables must be correctly connected.
