This charger is intended to recharge ProTeam Lithium Ion battery 107500
WARNING
CHARGING PROTEAM LITHIUM ION BATTERY PACKS
FreeFlex lithium batteries operate over a narrow voltage range which allows the vacuum to
deliver a high level of performance throughout its entire run time. When the voltage drops
to the specified lower limit, the battery will stop operating and will need to be recharged.
If none of the charger LEDs are lit at any point during the charging process, remove the
battery pack from the charger to avoid damaging the product. DO NOT insert another
battery. Contact ProTeam Customer Service with any issues.
BATTERY PROTECTION FEATURES
ProTeam 92 volt Lithium Ion batteries are designed with features that protect the Lithium Ion
cells and maximize battery life. When the battery has reached its minimum voltage level, the
electronics will shut off the battery. Once the battery shuts off, it must be recharged.
PREPARING BATTERY PACK FOR
CHARGING
1. Plug the charger's power cord into the
charger (Figure A).
2. Plug the charger's power cord into 120V
wall outlet (Figure B).
3. Install battery on charger as shown
(Figure C).
4. The indicator light should change from
steady red to flashing green when
charging and become steady green
when fully charged (Figure D). The
battery pack will require approximately
1.5 - 2 hours to fully charge.
5. If the indicator light flashes red, remove
the battery and then reinstall it. If it still
flashes red, contact customer service for
further instructions.
6. If the indicator light flashes orange, there
is a temperature-related error. Please let
the battery cool for at least 1 hour. The
light should turn green and it should
begin charging once it cools.

vents. Keep them clear to allow proper ventilation.
