* For the guarantee to be effective for 1 year, an annual maintenance review must be carried out, before the end of the current year of the
equipment, in this review an evaluation of the equipment will be carried out and an approval will be given to the equipment to do effective
warranty.
The warranty may not be effective if the equipment is very damaged. The first year revision has no cost in labor for the user / owner of the
equipment. This review does not include items that must be replaced due to wear and / or misuse. *

WARRANTY
This warranty does NOT APPLY for improper maintenance, the life of an engine depends on the conditions in which it is operated and the
care it receives. In some applications such as construction and continuous work in camps, power plants are usually used in environments
where there is dust and impurities, which can cause premature wear.
Such wear, when caused by impurities, dust, cleaning residues, or any other abrasive material that has entered the engine due to improper
maintenance is not covered by the warranty.
NOTE:
- The tools that are worked in dusty environments and high contamination by particles that have internal contamination, their elimination
with compressed air (max. 3 bars) is recommended.
- Batteries are considered wear parts and are not covered by the 3-year warranty, but in the event of any failure we grant a time of 90 days
from the purchase for you to approach any corporate or authorized Service Center of our brand for the respective revision.
- If the tool is for rent, the warranty is 3 months. *
