Question/Problem - Cause
Cause
The pipe welding machine is not functioning properly:
• The power cord is unplugged;
• The temperature is not set;
Poor welding performance:
• The power cord or extension cord are too long, which
causes the welding current to decrease;
• The pipe has burrs resulting from the cut;
• The heating sockets don't heat up enough;
The warranty for this product is in accordance with the law
in force from the date of purchase. You should, therefore,
keep your proof of purchase during this period. The warranty
covers any manufacturing defect in material or operation, as
well as parts and work needed for their repairing.
Excluded from the warranty are the misuse of the product,
any repairs carried out by unauthorized individuals (outside
the service center of the brand VITO) as well as any damage
caused by its use.
Solution
• Plug in the power cord;
• Set the temperature;
• Decrease the extension cord's length;
• Use the supplied pipe cutter to cut the pipe, or remove
the burrs completely before welding;
• The heating sockets are not properly attached to the
heating plate. Tighten the bolt;
