1. Place the power tool on a level and dry surface. Make
sure the ventilation slots are unclogged;
2. Attach the heating sockets (8 to 13) according to the
required size;
3. Clean the heating sockets with an alcohol-soaked cloth;
4. Cut the pipe with the supplied pipe cutter in order to
avoid burrs;
You can also use a hand saw and a try square to cut
and consequently remove all burrs before welding.
5. Clean the pipe and the fitting with an alcohol-soaked
cloth;
6. Mark the insertion depth on the pipe so that the tip of the
pipe does not go over the end of the fitting;
7. Plug in the power cord and use the temperature control
knob (7) to set the desired temperature;
8. After reaching the desired temperature, simultaneously
fix the pipe and the fitting into the respective heating
sockets;
9. The fitting must cover the entire surface of the heating
socket, while the pipe must not exceed the mark
previously made;
10. Remove the pipe and the fitting at the end of the fusion
time according to the table below;
11. After removing the pipe and the fitting from the pipe
welding machine, immediately join the tip of the pipe
into the fitting;
12. After joining, hold it firmly and let it cool for 20 to 30
seconds, taking 3 initial seconds to adjust the angle to
15°;
Do not rotate the tube.
13. After finishing the pipe welding, switch off the pipe
welding machine, unplug the power cord and let it cool
down.
