Receiving Your Shipment
Upon receiving your shipment, make sure that the contents are consistent with the
packing list. Notify your distributor of any missing items. If the equipment appears
to be damaged, file a claim immediately with the carrier and notify your distributor
at once, giving a detailed description of any damage. Save the damaged packing
container to substantiate your claim. Do not use an instrument that appears to be
damaged.
NOTE: Be sure to keep the original packaging (the box and the inserts) of your
Hipot Tester purchase. You will need it to return the instrument for its yearly cali-
bration.
1.1.1 Packaging
Each Hipot Tester is shipped with 1 high voltage test pistol (SP02), 1 return lead
with retainer, a US AC 110V power cord, a user manual and product warranty reg-
istration card, and an extra fuse (2A, 250V).
