12. Important return safety instructions
If returning the sprayer for repair is really necessary, always follow the steps below:
1.
Flush chemical residue from the pump, tank, and hoses (in an approved
containment area).
2.
Circulate fresh water in the tank, pump, and hoses.
3.
Identify the type of chemicals the sprayer has sprayed.
4.
Please include a complete description of the operation problem, such as
how the sprayer was used, malfunction symptoms, and the number of
working hours per day.
5.
Remove the battery from the sprayer and keep it clean and dry . The battery
must accompany the sprayer when it is returned for repairs.
As the sprayer can contain residues of toxic chemicals, these steps are necessary to
protect all the people who handle return shipments and to help identify the reason
for the breakdown.
