9.5. Assembling and adjusting the shoulder harness
Assemble the harness onto the tank, as shown in the images below.

9.6. Turning the sprayer on and off
To turn on the sprayer, turn the potentiometer clockwise. After hearing/feeling a
'click' , the LED will light up, indicating the sprayer is on. To turn the sprayer off, turn
the potentiometer counterclockwise until hearing/feeling a 'click' . The LED will go
out, indicating the sprayer is off.
WARNING!

Do not force the potentiometer to rotate beyond its limits by
hand or with any tool. This will damage it.
•
Do not press or pull the potentiometer. This may damage it.
Note: If the potentiometer knob comes off the shaft, turn the potentiometer fully
counterclockwise and replace the cap to align the strip on the cap with the symbol
on the bottom of the panel.
9.7. Battery level indication
The LED status will indicate the approximate battery charge level:
• Green LED: the battery charge is above 80%;
• Yellow LED: the battery charge is between 60% and 80%;
• Orange LED: the battery charge is between 30% and 60%;
• Red LED: the battery is almost discharged. Recharge as soon as possible;
• Red LED flashing continuously: the battery is completely discharged. The LED
will keep flashing until the user turns off the sprayer.

• Yellow LED flashing continuously: Overvoltage detected (the user tried to con-
nect a different battery from the original one). The LED will keep flashing until
the user turns off the sprayer.
When the battery is completely discharged during spraying, the pump is turned
off automatically, and the red LED will continue flashing. Turn off the sprayer and
recharge the battery.
9.8. Pressure levels
To regulate the pressure level:
• Position the spray lance in a safe direction and press the trigger valve to start
spraying;
• Turn the potentiometer clockwise to increase the pressure and counterclock-
wise to reduce it. Choose the level as needed.
• The pressure will remain constant throughout the entire application.
Note: The pressure level can vary up to 80 psi according to the nozzle used. Refer
to item '9.2. Pressure and Flow rate" for the nozzle supplied with the sprayer".
