ensure interoperability between other devices supporting
Bluetooth technology, use Nokia approved accessories for
this model. Check with the manufacturers of other devices
to determine their compatibility with this device.
• Operating the device in hidden mode is a safer way to
avoid malicious software.
• Do not accept Bluetooth connectivity from sources you
do not trust.
• Alternatively, switch off the Bluetooth function. This
does not affect other functions of the device.
To activate Bluetooth connectivity, select Menu >
Settings > Connectivity > Bluetooth > Bluetooth > On.
To connect an audio device using Bluetooth technology,
select Menu > Settings > Connectivity > Bluetooth >
Conn. to audio acc.
To pair your phone with any Bluetooth device in range,
select Paired devices > Add new device, a device, and Add.
Enter a password on your phone and allow the connection
on the other Bluetooth device.
