The intermittent compression is well proven for venous, arterial, lymphatic and
connective-tissue diseases.
What are the results?
Leg swelling can be reduced.
Congestion pains can subside.
The pressure in the varicose veins / spider veins can be reduced, the width
can be reduced.
The function of the venous valves can be improved.
In the case of lymphedema, the VenenWalker® »basic« can be used as a
therapy supplement.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the device stops working properly, check whether you are able to correct the
problem yourself based on the tips below. If this is not possible, contact the
customer service department.
Do not attempt to repair an electrical device yourself!
Check the following:
► Battery mode: Are the batteries inserted wrong or empty? Try using new
batteries.
Mains power mode:
► Is the mains adapter not inserted in the plug socket correctly or is its cable
not connected to the device correctly?
► Is the plug socket defective? Try a different plug socket.
► Check the fuse of your mains connection.
