To switch from "GPA Display" mode to "Launch Control" mode:
Press the corresponding button (MAP 1 or MAP 2) on the SX1 CONTROLLER for
about two seconds to activate it.
The central red LC LED on the SX1 LC-GPA will start flashing. Release the button.
The central red LC LED on the SX1 LC-GPA will stay steady, indicating that the
"Launch Control" mode is activated.
NOTE: It is possible to activate the "Launch Control mode" only with engine running
below 8000 RPM and with throttle position below 10%.
The "Launch Control" mode enables:
- A visual assistance for the rider: in this mode the LEDs turn on in sequence as
the engine RPM increases. Once all have turned on fixed (all the 10 blue and 2 red),
this informs the rider of the correct RPM level to maintain to ensure a good start. If
this threshold (i.e., 1500 RPM below the limiter) is exceeded, all the LEDs will flash,
informing the rider to close the throttle slightly to return to the optimal value.
