CMM-11 multimeter is intended for measuring direct and alternating
voltage, direct and alternating current, resistance, capacitance, fre-
quency, duty cycle (filling) and for testing diodes and circuit continu-
ity.

HOLD function used to maintain the read-pot on the meter
