COMPACT 1.4
• Disassemble the internal air distribution panel and correctly connect the cable of the control
panel and electronic control.
• Place the device at less than 45° tilt (The device must not operate with a tilt of 45 degrees or
more to prevent damage to the compressor). The electronic control detects the tilt so it should
also be at less than 45°.
• Clear the obstruction from the drainage pipe and valve (For access you must remove the
device's external cover).
• Replace the EPDM seal (you must disassemble the device and thoroughly clean the surface
where the EPDM seal will be stuck).
• Seal the cabling outlet on the cover of the compartment of the evaporator and centrifugal
blower (For access you must removed the device's external cover).
• Check the load by checking the pressure, if it is below 0.5 bar or above 5.0 bar with the
equipment in operation, recover the load in the faulty circuit and pump it empty for at least 30
minutes and insert 250 gr.
• Check and correct condenser fan clamp connection.
• Clean condenser with compressed air.
• Replace the condenser fan.
• Check pressure and if it is below 0.5 bar with the equipment in operation clean out the faulty
circuit or replace the obstructed components (the continuous flow capillary tube may be the
component with the smallest diameter).
