2. Mount the Filtration System
CAUTION: Risk of personal injury or property damage. Do
not drill near electrical lines or water pipes. Drill damage to
electrical lines or water pipes can result in electrical shock or
property damage.
CAUTION: Risk of property damage. Do not install this
product where the temperature may drop below 33°F (4.4°C).
To protect against product damage that may result in water
leakage and subsequent property damage, remove the filter
cartridge if temperatures may drop below 33°F (4.4°C).
IMPORTANT! Mount this unit vertically.
IMPORTANT! The mounting location of the water filtration system
is critical. Verify that the bottom of the filter cartridge will be at least
2" (51 mm) from the floor of the cabinet. Ensure that the system will
not interfere with other items under the counter. Make sure the
hoses will not be under tension when installed to the ports on the
filter head.
Align the mounting holes of the mounting bracket at the
determined location.
Mark the mounting hole locations with a pencil. Set the unit
aside.
Pre-drill the holes, if necessary.
