This section will help you solve any problems you may encounter.
For each of the most commun problems, you will find below a table explaining the possible causes of the
malfunction and the solutions to resolve it.
1. Pump does not start.

Air inlet
No water in the pump
Valves closed
Hydraulic system blocked
Reverse the input/output

2. The flow rate is low.
Possible causes
Dirty filter
Skimmer and/or pump
pre-filter blocked

3. Engine gets hot.
It is normal for the motor to get hot as long as it can be touched. Thermal protection will activate stopping the
pump if the temperature is excessive.

Very low or incorrect voltage
Installation in full sunlight
4. Motor does not work.

No power supply
5. Pump is noisy.

Defective parts

ROUBLESHOOTING
1 / Make sure that the water level is correct at the suction point.
2 / Fasten all clamps and fittings on the suction side of the pump.
Fill the pump prefilter with water then slightly unscrew the T-plug on the
pressure gauge to release air.
Open all system valves.
Check that nothing is blocking the pump impeller.
Clean the skimmer and prefilter baskets.
Check that the water inlet hose (skimmer) is connected to the pump (and the
return connected to the tank).

Check that nothing is blocking the pump impeller.

Make sure that the water level is correct at the suction point.
Open all system valves. Clean the skimmer and pre-filter baskets.
The power supply must be corrected by an electrician.

1 / Check that all electrical connectors are connected.
2 / Check that the socket to switch the pump is connected has a good power supply.
3 / Make sure that the circuit breakers are correctly installed.
Replace the entire pump.
Check that nothing is blocking the turbine (gravel, sand, leaves, etc.).
Locate and remove the blockage.
1 / Improve suction.
2 / Reduce the height of the water column in the suction.
3 / Reduce the number of connections.
4 / Increase the diameter of the pipelines.
